I have NEVER worked with a client who didn't really need me. No one ever asked me for simple information, everyone was looking for orientation, analysis and an answer to the questions: "Why am I not relevant?", "Why don't they contact me?" or “What am I doing wrong?”. The solution does not provide answers, but rather questions. In my work I am often a psychologist, a sociologist, a coach, a creative and - in some cases - even a therapist.

We don't charge for information – I've always avoided it – it can be found everywhere on the internet; instead we charge for experience, empathy and creativity. Marketing only has a future if you love it, if your humility, your curiosity and your desire to be useful know no limits. When your customer's problem becomes your problem then you can make a living from marketing and have a great and bright career.
